In 2004 millions of people were hooked on a series right from its pilot. The series “LOST” went on for six successful seasons and ended on a high note. When the show finally ended it left millions with the feeling of “well now what?” For six seasons “LOST” controlled people’s lives. Everyone wanted to know just what was going on. When “LOST” ended people began wondering if there would ever be another show that had so many people hooked from the beginning. “LOST” writers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis hope to accomplish just that with their new ABC show “Once Upon A Time.”

And the Clock Reads Tebow
Posted: October 18, 2011 by Jeff Witt in SportsTags: Demaryius Thomas, Denver Broncos, NFL, Tim Tebow
The Denver Broncos are 1-4. Things are not looking so good for this team right now. The Broncos have faced numerous injuries to key players in the early parts of the season. The Broncos just traded away their number one receiver in Brandon Lloyd. Their number two receiver Eddie Royal is also rumored to want out of Denver. And their starting QB has been benched for most likely the remainder of the season. But despite all of this, there is a sense of excitement within the organization and its fans. I suppose this mostly has to do with the fact that Tim Tebow is about to get his first start of the season.
There was about a ten year span when the Colorado Avalanche were considered one of the top teams in the NHL. They won nine consecutive division titles, two conference championships and two Stanley cups during that time span. The Avalanche were the surest thing that Colorado had in terms of their sports teams. Unfortunately good things can’t always last forever. The Avalanche have struggled the last few years and it’s been a hard thing to watch for a fan that has seen the Av’s at their greatest. Maybe just maybe this can be the year the Avalanche turn it around.

Pretty sweet trick shot battle featuring Dude Perfect. Yeah I didn’t know who Dude Perfect was either till I saw this video, but now I’m amazed. Dude Perfect consists of six students at Texas A&M University who have come together to simply just make amazing basketball shots. They most recently made the longest basketball shot ever, launching a shot from the third deck of the Texas A&M football stadium. In this video Dude Perfect face off in a trick shot battle with Brodie Smith, who specializes in Frisbee trick shots. You can visit Dude Perfect’s Website at http://www.DudePerfect.com to few other trick shot videos.

Peter Forsberg – The All Time Great

The Colorado Avalanche opened their season this year against the Detroit Red Wings. Detroit has always been the Avalanche’s biggest rivals. Well at least they used to be. Over the last few years it seems that the Avalanche vs. Red Wings games have lost some of that heated rivalry that fans loved so much during the Avalanche’s prime. It’s no secret that the Avalanche have struggled since winning the Stanley Cup in 2001. What was once one of hockey’s most dominant teams is now at the bottom of the league and must try to find a way back to glory.
